Responsibilities: 

  • Organize and maintain multiple chat sessions to cancel recurring subscriptions on behalf of customers.
  • Closely monitor and review automated communications and workflows.
  • Identify and document any missed or wrong responses ensuring all subsequent interactions are accurate.
  • Ensure accurate and complete outcomes.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security when handling customer information and account details.
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets related to customer satisfaction, efficiency, and volume of cancellations processed.
