We’re hiring Subscription Services Specialists to place outbound phone calls on behalf of customers to cancel or modify subscription services such as Netflix, Spotify, Hulu, and similar providers.
This is not a sales role. You’ll follow clear scripts and documented processes to complete requests efficiently and professionally.
If you’re comfortable on the phone, detail-oriented, and want a stable in-office role with straightforward expectations, this is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to subscription service providers on behalf of customers
Clearly and professionally request cancellations or account changes
Follow step-by-step call scripts and internal procedures
Accurately document call outcomes and account updates
Handle routine objections from providers (e.g., retention offers)
Work collaboratively with a small, focused in-office team

What We’re Looking For
Comfortable speaking on the phone for most of the workday

Ability to follow scripts and procedures consistently
Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Prior customer service, call center, admin, or hospitality experience is a plus (but not required)
